I genuinely wish I could give this practice more than 5 stars! From start to finish, I cannot fault the service I received. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, professional and, most importantly, completely judgment-free. They made what can sometimes be an awkward or anxiety-inducing experience feel so easy and comfortable. Even my blood test, which was a little awkward because apparently my veins decided to completely disappear (which can sometimes happen) was handled with so much patience and reassurance. I genuinely felt really well looked after throughout the whole process. And the results came back quicker than I could have imagined. I was honestly so impressed with how efficient the entire service was. It is so refreshing to find a practice where you feel genuinely listened to, respected and comfortable asking questions without feeling embarrassed or judged. The staff were absolutely lovely and the whole experience was fantastic from beginning to end. I would 100% recommend this practice to anybody and everybody. If you’re considering using them, do it! I will absolutely be going back again in the future.

We had such a positive experience with Dr Rinku today. We are travelling from overseas and our daughter became unwell, so we were anxious about finding medical care quickly. We were able to get a same-day appointment, which we really appreciated. Dr Rinku was incredibly kind, patient and thorough. I had blood tests which were really comprehensive, vitamin treatment, and skin care. All delivered with excellent care. Was stress free to get an appointment, and I will go back. Really lovely practice, great treatment rooms and very clean.
