Dr Bikram Ratti

MBBS MRCGP 2002 LONDON

I was born and raised in Birmingham before moving to London to study medicine at St George’s Hospital Medical School, qualifying as a doctor in 2002. I later completed my MRCGP with the Royal College of General Practitioners, with particular recognition for excellence in consulting skills. Since then, I have spent over 20 years caring for patients, much of that time working as an NHS GP.

Dr Bik has a Special interest in men’s health, preventive and longevity medicine, hormonal health and testosterone replacement therapy.

Over the years, I have learned what patients value most: time, continuity and a doctor who genuinely listens. I have also seen how frustrating it can be when appointments feel rushed or care feels fragmented. Those experiences shaped why my wife, Dr Rinku Ratti, and I founded The Doctor’s Practice.

We wanted to create the kind of clinic we would want for our own family — somewhere patients can see the same doctor, build a relationship over time and receive personalised, unhurried care.

I have a special interest in men’s health, preventive and longevity medicine, hormonal health and testosterone replacement therapy. I also have over 20 years’ experience in minor surgery, including removal of skin lumps, bumps, cysts and skin tags.

My approach is simple: I take the time to listen, understand your concerns and work with you to create a clear, evidence-based plan tailored to you.

Outside medicine, I enjoy fitness, strength training, boxing, gardening, history and travel.

At The Doctor’s Practice, my goal is to provide experienced doctor-led care, longer appointments, continuity and a genuine commitment to putting patients first
