We had such a positive experience with Dr Rinku today. We are travelling from overseas and our daughter became unwell, so we were anxious about finding medical care quickly. We were able to get a same-day appointment, which we really appreciated. Dr Rinku was incredibly kind, patient and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made both my daughter and me feel at ease. She also responded promptly to my WhatsApp messages afterwards, which gave me so much reassurance while we were away from home. Thank you, Dr Rinku, for your compassion and excellent care.
