Who are we?
We are TDP, a company registered in England and Wales.
Please note that all calls are recorded for quality and training purposes.
1. Patient consultations
When you book a treatment, we will give you a quote for the condition which you have asked us to treat. If you attend the appointment and there are other conditions you wish to discuss with the Doctor or have treated, you may be asked to make a new appointment and those conditions will be charged separately.
All new patients will be taken through a consultation, including a detailed medical history.
It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that their NHS GP is informed of any changes to their medication or treatment. If there are any adjustments to your treatment plan, it is incumbent upon you to either inform your NHS GP directly or request a letter from us to share with them. We do not routinely or automatically communicate with your NHS GP, as it remains your responsibility to ensure that your NHS GP is fully apprised of all treatment-related updates. Any changes, initiation, or adjustments in treatment require you to take action in notifying your NHS GP if this is to be added to your repeat NHS medication.
This enables the practice to assess your suitability for treatment. All patient data is strictly confidential.
You will be asked to sign a consent form for treatment prior to treatment. If you have had blood tests or investigations then to get the results you will be required to book and pay for a follow up appointment so that we can explain, and advise you of the results and work with you for a treatment plan.
You shall disclose all information about your health honestly.
2.Consultation and treatment fees
Private GP appointments require a payment in advance to secure your booking. You will then receive an email confirmation of the booking date and time.
The advance payment must be made 24 hours in ahead of your appointment.
We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if the advance payment has not been made and received by us.
Cosmetic consultations with Dr Rinku are £69 or £99 after hours. These are fully redeemable against any treatment booked. This is payable online on our website when booking your appointment. Once this is paid you will receive a text and/or email confirmation of your appointment. You can amend or reschedule your appointment by notifying us up until 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time otherwise full payment will be taken which is non refundable.
Payment must be made online through our website when booking your appointment.
For cosmetic treatments, a Booking Fee is required to be paid by all patients whether you are a new or existing patient. This payment will be fully redeemable against the cost of the patient’s treatment on the day, or if having a consultation, for any future treatment booked.
Appointments will not be confirmed in the practice diary until the advance payment has been made.
Following your booking you will receive medical consent forms to complete the week prior to your appointment. These forms must be completed and returned to us 24 hours prior to your appointment and at every further appointment with us.
If you go ahead with cosmetic treatment, you are entitled to one review session with the Doctor following treatment if such review is required.
There is additional aftercare advice, dependant on your cosmetic treatment, which is discussed at your consultation and also supplied in written form. Please read this carefully.
