Why choose this package?

What you get with a Full Body MOT that a standard health check will not give you.

Included with every Full Body MOT and carried out by Dr Rinku or Dr Bik, so your results are read alongside what we find in the room.

Not emailed to you to interpret alone. You sit down with Dr Rinku or Dr Bik and go through every finding.

Extra tests can be added at any point to address a specific concern or follow up on something we find. They are charged separately, and we always tell you the cost before adding anything.

More markers only helps if someone knows which of yours matter. An algorithm can flag a number outside a reference range; it cannot examine you, or tell you which of your results need acting on. Buy an equivalent screen and a private doctor consultation separately and you would typically pay £800 or more.

Is it right for you?

Why is health screening important?

Designed not just to detect illness, but to optimise your health for the long term.

Many serious conditions develop quietly for years before you notice anything. Screening looks for the early signals — in your bloods, your blood pressure, your metabolic markers — while there is still time to act on them.

A single number out of range means very little on its own. We read your results together, alongside your history, symptoms and physical examination, so you understand what they actually mean for you.

Screening is not only about ruling illness out. It gives you a baseline you can measure against, and a clear sense of where small changes will make the biggest difference over the next decade.

You leave with a written report and a personalised plan from Dr Rinku or Dr Bik — specific recommendations for nutrition, lifestyle and any follow-up, not a portal login and a list of reference ranges.

Health screening FAQs.

It depends on the package. Screenings can feature extensive blood testing — from 24 up to 150+ markers — physical assessments, heart checks such as ECG, hormone analysis and organ function screening. Every package includes a full consultation with a doctor, a detailed explanation of your results and a personalised health plan.

Our packages are doctor-designed, with up to 150+ blood test readings for genuinely detailed results. They also include a face-to-face consultation with a doctor who explains your results and helps you manage anything we find — not a portal login and a PDF.

You come in for your blood tests and body assessments. Once your results are back, you book a follow-up consultation with a doctor. You then leave with a personalised health plan and a full written report.

Yes. Extra tests can be added to address specific health concerns. They are charged separately and we will confirm the cost with you before adding anything.

Yes. We offer tailored options for men, women, athletes, individuals recovering from illness, and those with specific concerns.

Yes. Every health screening includes a dedicated consultation with an experienced doctor, who reviews your history, explains your results and creates a personalised plan with you.

Most health screening appointments take 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the package and the tests included.

It depends on your goals. The Full Body MOT is the broadest general health assessment. The Women’s and Men’s Health Screens target gender-specific concerns; Tired All The Time investigates fatigue; the Sports Performance Screen suits athletes; the Fertility MOT is for those planning a pregnancy; the Heart Health and Diabetes Screen focuses on cardiovascular and metabolic risk; and Allergy Testing covers sensitivities. If you are unsure, call us and we will talk it through.

In most cases preparation is minimal. Some blood tests may require fasting, usually for 8–12 hours. You should stay well hydrated before your appointment, and bring details of any medications or supplements you are taking.

Results typically arrive within a few days to one week, depending on the tests included. You receive a full report with clear explanations, and a doctor consultation is included to go through everything and discuss next steps.
