I would highly recommend the Doctors practice in Edgbaston, Birmingham, especially Dr Rinku. I have had a very positive experience with Dr Rinku, who is extremely professional, caring and approachable. Dr Rinku takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explains everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and reassured. She never makes me feel rushed and always shows genuine care, patience and understanding. I really appreciate the time and attention she gives during appointments. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and always makes me feel that my health and wellbeing are genuinely important to her. The reception and practice staff are also friendly and helpful, which makes the overall experience even better. I feel very fortunate to have such a caring doctor. I could not recommend The Doctor's Practice more! Every appointment I have had has been nothing but friendly, welcoming and approachable. It feels refreshing to have a doctor approach my eczema in a validating way, in a way where I finally feel seen! The consultations have been informative, and the treatment professional and seamless. We had such a positive experience with Dr Rinku today. We are travelling from overseas and our daughter became unwell, so we were anxious about finding medical care quickly. We were able to get a same-day appointment, which we really appreciated. Dr Rinku was incredibly kind, patient and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made both my daughter and me feel at ease. She also responded promptly to my WhatsApp messages afterwards, which gave me so much reassurance while we were away from home. Thank you, Dr Rinku, for your compassion and excellent care. I had some facials at The Doctors Practice with Dr Rinku. Really happy with my experience. The consultation was very informative and transparent! I had a number of sessions, trusted the process and saw  a big improvement in my skin over time. I would happily recommend them and will be returning. I had a great experience with Dr Rinku Ratti for my cold atmospheric plasma treatments. She was very professional and caring whilst also making me feel listened to and understood. At first i was skeptical about CAP treatment for TSW. After a long time doing research and reading reviews. I came across the Doctors practice and decided to give them a chance.
